14-Day Returns: We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our product and it is unopened, you can return it to us for a refund.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges if the product has been opened, worn or used. If you would like to request a return, please contact our customer support team (service@lurevibe.jp) to accept your return and receive instructions on how to proceed.
If you change your mind or realize that you have ordered the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service at service@lurevibe.jp. You can change or cancel your order before the item leaves our warehouse.
If the product has already been shipped, changes cannot be made.
You received the wrong itemWhat if the wrong order has already been shipped? Or what if the item you received is incorrect?There are two ways to save money.
1. Refuse the package upon delivery and mark it Return to Sender (RTS).
2. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can guide you through the return process.
If your product does not arrive, or is lost, please contact customer service (service@lurevibe.jp). We will investigate the matter with the logistics company and arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service at service@lurevibe.jp and provide clear details of the problem. We will replace or refund your order at our discretion.
The defective product and all accessories must be returned in its original packaging.
Other Return Requests If you need assistance with any other return request, please contact our Customer Service at service@lurevibe.jp. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
If the return is made by the consumer, the consumer must pay the shipping fee, the specific fee will be determined based on the shipping company selected.
If the product received is damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer will not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
