3. How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the tracking site.
You can track your order by entering the tracking number on their tracking site, or you can find tracking information on your order details page.
4. How do I change my shipping address?
If you realize that the shipping address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact our customer service (service@lurevibe.jp) as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will help you change the shipping address. If the item has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change the address. Once the package arrives in your country, please contact your local shipping company to make the change.
5. Is your packaging discreet?
Don't worry, no one will find out. We will strictly protect your privacy 100%. Your items will be carefully packed and shipped in plain black waterproof bags. No product information is posted on the website.
