If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:
1. If the item has not been shipped, we will refund the full amount upon request if you apply for a refund within 24 hours of placing the order. If you apply for a refund after 24 hours, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
2. If the goods have been shipped, unfortunately we cannot stop the logistics and cancel the order.
